When you pick up your GSD you need to find out what shots it has had. Make sure you verify with the breeder or the vet the schedule for puppy shots and boosters. I don't use crates, but many people do, so it's good you know what to do with your crate.Get a rake style comb, and a regular dog grooming comb. A slicker brush is a good idea as well. If your pup gets any matted fur later on, you can add a matting comb. Get a few toys a ball a tug-of-war rope a Kong toy an odd shaped ball that rolls irregularly is interesting Take an old sock and fill it with old socks or fabric to make a "littermate" for your pup to snuggle up to so as to sleep better at night. I always get flea/tick treatment, worming medicine, tapeworm medicine, ear cleaning pads & liquid, pad coat for the pads on the paws, things I feel I would need and don't want to have to rush out to the store for on short notice.

Well here it is some eight months later and cenommt removal on the KDJ( for no apparent reason) is more rampant as I type than when these original cenommts and postings were placed on this site.I cannott possibly put into proper words how that affects me as a lover of words and freedom. I am obviously giving it a try tho. esp takes a moment to collect her thoughts ..All i can come up with is the word vomit. Seeing peoples' words be bandied about and thrown away on the KDJ cenommt section gives me a feeling reminiscient of how you feel as a child right before you vomited but did not know it was coming. I grew up in the age where Journalism meant a reputation of integrity earned through hard work and an un-biased presentation of facts. From what I can ascertain the field of Journalism , newspapers mostly, have been outdone in popularity and undermined financially by entertainment posing as journalism. I prefer the harder won Integrity. As for the cenommt section of the KDJ ..it , in my opinion, is nothing more than a gossip mongers paradise. Damn shame if ya ask me. No one did , but here it is anyway.To the creators of this site- Thank you for ALWAYS checking your facts before you post anything on here . I appreciate it. It doesn't make this site the fastest , or coolest but it DOES make it a place where words can be trusted to be checked for factual basis and backed up by documentation when called for.Hmmmm I think that equals Integrity.

you just need a simple diet and esxrciee plan! stock up on fruits and vegetables those have very few calories and DO taste good! Drink water instead of soda or juice. But if you DO find yourself craving foods, have a small portion of it, don't try to avoid it completely, because the craving will only get stronger. make sure to pay attention to portion sizes too. it helps if you portion it out into a bowl that way you don't find your self eating too much at once. or even portion out your snacks a week in advance so you don't over eat. also you could record what you eat in a journal. calculate the total number of calories you eat per day and determine if there is any junk you can cut out. this is what counting calories is. to lose weight you might want to eat around 1500-2000 calories per day. eating low calorie meals with LOTS of esxrciee will help you lose weight! aerobic esxrciee such as running, swimming, biking, or gymnastics is a great way to loose weight as well! remember: to lose weight you need to have a good diet AND esxrciee program having only one will not do you as much good as having both! this is a very easy diet to follow! as long as you stick to it! and don't give up! PS to get motivated you could try and think of the benefits of this plan or even take one day out of each week as a free week where you can reward yourself with something special like ice cream or cake! I have had zecco for 4 months now and it was great when I first sgined up. They've changed so many rules and add on fees that I question if they are even legal. My first few transfer of 5000$ went through within few days. Then I made a transfer of $20k+ and took them more than a week to put it in my account although my bank account was clear of that transfer. The first time I bought stock from zecco, I had under 100$ left so I bought some shares of penny, OTC stocks and now they changed the rule. I can't even sell them. Selling $100 worth of penny stock, I have to shell out $700 transaction fee. Anything this company does is BAIT AND SWITCH . Most people that refer friends with their referral program don't even get the $75 promised.
